Bruschetta and rusk bread

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 pack of protein rusk bread
  • 1 seeded and diced tomato
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) freshly chopped basil
  • 15 mL (1 tablespoon) finely chopped green onion
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed with garlic press or finely chopped
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

 

Preparation: Mix all the ingredients.
