= 2 servings of protein (dip only)
1 ½ oz. Strong cheddar cheese (-20% m.)
Or cream cheese (-20% m.g.)
¼ cup cold water
Cayenne pepper to taste
Mix everything in the blender or food processor. Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with vegetables, protein rusk bread, melba toast, ½ sliced and baked in oven pita (Depending on the diet in progress)
= 3 protein portions (dip only)
1 cup cottage cheese 1 to 2% m.g.
1 pinch of powdered onion and garlic.
Mix everything in the blender or food processor.
Serve with vegetables
