Julius with orange

1 pouch of Proti-Max vanilla pudding / beverage

1 pouch of orange juice Nutri-15

10 oz of very cold water

Mix until mixture thickens and becomes foamy

 

Orange iced tea

1 pouch of orange juice Nutri-15

3/4 cup cooled tea (strong)

½ to 1 pouch of calorie-free sweetener

5 ice cubes

Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture

(Low Intensity)

 

Spicy Asian Tea

1 pouch of orange juice Nutri-15

3/4 cup hot tea (strong)

A pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together

 

Vanilla Iced Coffee

1 pouch of Proti-Max vanilla pudding / beverage

150 ml of cooled coffee (strong)

60 ml of very cold water

5 ice cubes

Mix until mixture becomes foamy

 

Vanilla iced chai tea

1 pouch of Proti-Max vanilla pudding / beverage

200 ml of cooled chai tea (2 pouches)

5 ice cubes

Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture

(Low Intensity)

 

Raspberry Smoothie

1 pouch of Proti-Max vanilla pudding / beverage

125 ml cold water

3 tsp. (To taste) Walden Farms raspberry jam

6 ice cubes

Mix together
