01 Nov Tomato & Basil Protein Pizza
2-3 cherry tomatoes
Minced basil leaves
1/2 oz or 15g grated allegro cheese 4%
In a measuring cup put 25 ml of water and mix.
Brush hands with Pam and knead until dough forms a smooth ball.
Put on parchment paper and cover with another sheet.
Roll the dough and set aside.
Stir the sauce with 25 ml of water. Let stand one minute.
Put the sauce on the pizza, add the tomatoes and basil leaves.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on the bottom rack (to get the crispy bottom) and broil at the very end to golden cheese.
Accompanied with salad cucumbers-tomatoes-peppers, Greek spices & lemon juice.
